Aeromexico is Mexico's flagship airline, leader in Mexican air transportation and a founding member of SkyTeam, as well as the only Mexican airline to be part of a global airline alliance. We operate a hub-and-spoke model, with over 500 daily flights from our main hub at Terminal 2 in the Mexico City International Airport. Our network reaches more than 80 cities on three continents, including every major city in Mexico and numerous international destinations in the United States, Canada, Latin America, Europe and Asia. We also provide more frequencies between key domestic and international destinations than any other Mexican carrier, with a particular focus on the business traveler.

Aeromexico's common stock trades on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) and Mexican Stock Exchange (BMV) under the ticker "AERO".

The Aeromexico shares can be purchased through any online broker-dealer, or full-service broker dealer where you hold your investment account.

The Company does not have a direct stock purchase plan.

Aeromexico went public on November 6th, 2025.
